Women in Equity Research Event: The Women in Equity Research event will provide selected participants with insight into Baird’s award-winning Institutional Equities and Research team as attendees hear from successful women in our business. The event will include a live panel of professionals and discussion groups addressing topics such as being a woman in Equity Research, unique opportunities and challenges for women in this field, career paths in Equity Research and tips for internship interview processes. What we look for: Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program required, graduation date between December 2027 – May 2029 Finance/Accounting/Economics or related major preferred but not required Track record of academic excellence Interest in exploring Equity Research as a career path The Women in Equity Research event will be held virtually late fall 2025 - date to be determined. Accepted participants will be notified prior to the event date.
