Primary Responsibilities:
• Onboard, coach and retain a team of remote ThirdChannel Brand Representatives for multiple Brand programs
• Proactively engage with remote Community Leaders and Brand Representatives; communicate initiatives, priorities and changes of strategy to meet customer expectations
• Review quality of Brand Rep reporting routinely and provide feedback and coaching to acknowledge or improve quality; identify trends and intel to surface to customer
• Develop and execute ongoing training materials to influence Brand knowledge and share upcoming product initiatives
• Collaborate with Account Manager and Recruiting partners to ensure alignment on program vision to achieve customers goals
• Demonstrate results-oriented mindset and ability to plan and prioritize work activities with a determination to achieve target metrics
• Monitor and revise (as needed) Brand Rep work schedules to ensure highest rates of completed work to meet program budget expectations
• Maintain an organized portfolio of program documents and information adhering to standard operating procedure guidelines
Additional Responsibilities:
• Communicate with the customer directly: participate in standing calls, provide platform training, coordinate brand training sessions and ensure up to date info on brand initiatives to support Brand Representative quality of work
• Evaluate new tech product viability and collaborate with Engineering Team on new initiatives and enhancements to current tech products
• Develop a working knowledge of ThirdChannel scheduling systems
Required Qualifications:
• BA/BS or minimum 2 years equivalent work experience, concentrated in customer service, tech, retail or related industry
• Ability to juggle administrative and creative tasks as well as changing priorities
• Experience in managing remote teams ideally; retail store management works too
• Developed verbal and written communication skills along with high EQ and desire to collaborate
• Resilient, flexible, adaptable, self-starter- must thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Facility with technology in general; highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Jira or other CRM and communication platforms
• This is a Full Time, Full Remote, Salaried W2 position
