Job description
The Role
As a key senior leader within the Talent Transformation team, you will lead transformative initiatives
that drive new business growth, enhance client retention, and elevate Talent Acquisition (TA)
performance across Korn Ferry's client portfolio. In this highly strategic role, you will act as a trusted
advisor to Korn Ferry leadership and senior client stakeholders, shaping high-impact solutions and
driving innovation within the Talent landscape. Leveraging your expertise in TA technologies, process
optimization, and best practices, you will lead transformational change efforts that enable clients to
achieve measurable improvements in their Talent outcomes, positioning Korn Ferry as an industry
leader in TA innovation and strategic advisory.
As a Vice President of Talent Transformation, you will be at the forefront of TA innovation,
influencing Korn Ferry's strategic direction and delivering high-impact solutions that redefine how
organizations attract, engage, and retain talent. Your leadership will drive Korn Ferry's reputation as
a trusted advisor in Talent Transformation, positioning the firm for continued success in a rapidly
evolving TA landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the evolution of TA Transformation offering withinRPO, with the aim of generating pre-sales opportunities and improving client maturity and retention through innovation.
• Serve as a senior advisor and subject matter expert, guiding clients and internal stakeholders in defining and executing transformation strategies that align with business objectives and future-of-work trends.
• Oversee and execute complex transformation projects, including process reengineering, operating model design, technology recommendations, and change management, ensuring alignment with client business goals and objectives.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with senior executives within client organizations, influencing executive-level decision-making to drive both retention and new business development for Korn Ferry's RPO solutions.
• Act as a thought leader on Talent market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, delivering insights and perspectives that shape Korn Ferry's product offerings and differentiate our client solutions.
• Drive market awareness and eminence through internal and external presentations on topics aligned to Talent Transformation.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operational delivery teams to support Korn Ferry's growth initiatives, developing client-centric solutions that enhance TA effectiveness and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach consultants and managers within the Talent Transformation team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous learning.
• Measure the success of transformation initiatives, leveraging data insights to communicate the impact of Korn Ferry's solutions to both internal and client stakeholders, and use findings to inform future strategy.
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in TA, talent strategy, operations, or management consulting, with a strong record in leading complex, large-scale transformation projects at senior levels.
• Deep expertise in TA processes, technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools), and best practices, with a solid understanding of market trends and future-of-work developments.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to shape strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market differentiation.
• Executive-level communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences and influencing senior client executives and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Statement of Work/Service Level Agreement (SOW/SLA) as it relates to business; understanding of revenue and pricing models and profit and loss.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and ensuring project success in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
• Self-starter capable of handling multiple projects independently and adapting to ambiguity with resilience.
• Innovative mindset, with a track record of implementing cutting-edge solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
• Adaptable and agile, capable of navigating ambiguity and managing through change with a calm, decisive, and resilient approach.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet client and organizational needs.
