Job Description I run a trading-focused business and am looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to help keep me accountable, manage content output, and coordinate projects. This role goes beyond basic admin: you’ll act as both an accountability partner and light project manager, ensuring daily work, KPIs, and milestones are met while also managing social media content and community engagement. This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to grow as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Accountability & Workflow Oversight Ensure I follow daily routines: market overview, trade ideas, portfolio management, trade execution, and journaling. Track KPIs such as posting cadence, trading stats, and software MVP milestones. Provide accountability check-ins and keep schedules on track. Project Coordination Manage priorities and timelines across myself and a Technical Assistant. Monitor progress toward milestones and ensure deadlines are met. Content & Community Edit and repurpose AI-generated transcripts, notes, or videos into publishable content. Draft posts for social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube). Write YouTube descriptions and short blog posts. Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Metricool, or similar. Maintain publishing schedules using Notion, Google Calendar, or similar tools. Edit video content for short-form clips, reels, and YouTube. Support community engagement (Discord, collecting testimonials/case studies). Operations Support partnerships and affiliate programs. Track expenses, web traffic, and business stats. Future Responsibilities Assist in developing educational products (courses, eBooks, packages). Requirements Excellent written English and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with experience managing schedules, KPIs, and milestones. Social media management experience (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X). Proficiency in video editing for social content. Comfortable using AI tools — or eager to learn and adopt them. Proactive — able to keep projects moving without micromanagement. Nice to Have Prior exposure to trading/finance content. Familiarity with Notion, Canva, or other creative/productivity tools. Success in this Role Looks Like Daily accountability check-ins completed (market overview, trade ideas, journal updates, KPIs). Content is consistently published according to schedule (minimum X posts per week across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). Social posts, YouTube descriptions, and blog entries are polished, error-free, and on brand. Content calendar is always up to date and deadlines are met. Partnerships/affiliate tasks are logged and tracked with follow-ups. Testimonials/case studies collected and organized monthly. I’m spending more time trading and less time on admin/content prep. Commitment & Budget Commitment: Part-time, ~15–20 hours per week to start. Communication: Daily check-ins expected via Slack/Teams (light weekend updates may be required).
