We are expanding and seeking a passionate New York State Licensed, LCSW or LPC who is skilled in providing a blend of psychotherapy and coaching services, including EMDR, to support a wide variety of clients on their healing and growth journeys. Summary The LCSW/LPC will deliver individual therapy, mind-body wellness coaching, teen therapy, parent coaching, couples counseling, and EMDR services. The ideal candidate is committed to integrative mental health approaches, values collaboration, and is comfortable working across different client populations. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LPC) – Primary focus on clients Weight Loss & Wellness Journey About the Role Eden Group Health is seeking a passionate LCSW to join our mission-driven team, supporting individuals on transformational weight loss journeys. You’ll provide therapy, coaching, and emotional support to help clients overcome challenges like emotional eating, body image issues, and lifestyle changes. Responsibilities • Provide individual therapy addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, personal growth, and assisting individuals on their weight loss journey. What You'll Do: • Conduct client assessments and create personalized therapy plans • Deliver individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions • Apply CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques • Collaborate with dietitians, physicians, and fitness coaches • Lead workshops on self-esteem, resilience, and behavior changeRequirements • Offer mind-body coaching services focused on emotional regulation, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and holistic wellness. • Conduct teen therapy sessions supporting adolescent development, identity formation, emotional resilience, and family dynamics. • Deliver parent coaching focused on strengthening communication, emotional attainment, discipline strategies, and family connection. • Provide couples therapy addressing communication issues, conflict resolution, intimacy, and relationship satisfaction. • Utilize EMDR therapy for clients processing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other emotional wounds. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. • Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards. • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical practice. • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required. • Valid license as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of practice. • Experience working with children and families, particularly those facing developmental disabilities or autism. • Strong skills in psychotherapy and motivational interviewing techniques. • Familiarity with addiction counseling is a plus but not mandatory.
