If you're a mission-driven Clinical Therapist looking to make a difference and build a career you love—you're in the right place. ✅ What Makes This Role Special • 100% remote work from the comfort of your home • Flexible part-time or full-time schedules • Consistent caseload of child and adolescent clients • Collaborative, supportive team culture • W2 employment with benefits and job stability • Licensure support and clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists What You'll Do As a Clinical Therapist with Backpack Healthcare, you will: • Provide virtual therapy to children, teens, and families via secure telehealth • Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions • Maintain timely clinical documentation in our easy-to-use EHR • Participate in individual and group supervision (for residents) • Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to support outcomes We're Looking For Clinicians Who Are: • Fully licensed or pre-licensed (e.g., LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMFT, LCMFT) • Experienced in working with children, adolescents, or families • Skilled in virtual care, documentation, and communication • Passionate about providing inclusive, trauma-informed therapy • Based in Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, or Georgia (Illinois coming soon!)
