Sign-on Bonus also available for the right candidate! ULE Group is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Executives to join the sales team of a major independent distributor. The ideal candidate is a motivated and professional individual with deep industry and product knowledge, committed to driving growth and building client relationships. In this role you will drive new business growth while strengthening existing client relationships. You will be responsible for creating service excellence by adding value throughout the customer’s buying experience. Responsibilities • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the NJ/NYC metro area. • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by understanding client needs and offering solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects. • Leverage CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. • Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and persistent follow-up. • Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and competitor performance. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry. • Minimum 2-3 years of electrical supplies sales experience. • Strong background in CRM and project management software tools a plus. • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Experience mentoring or leading sales initiatives is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
