SheBird is a premium women's apparel brand redefining wardrobe essentials with our signature built-in bra tops and dresses.
Our designs combine thoughtful fit, versatile style, and all-day comfort-crafted for women who want to look and feel their best without compromise.
We're expanding our reach through a curated Influencer Affiliate Program, partnering with creators who share our values and connect authentically with their audiences. We're seeking student interns to help identify and engage with influencers, and to learn how premium brands
build meaningful digital partnerships.
IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
This internship is unpaid and offered for academic credit only.
All applicants must provide official verification that they are currently enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited college or university, and that this internship will be approved for academic credit by their institution.
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
- Mentorship in influencer marketing and partnership development for premium consumer brands
- Hands-on experience in outreach, campaign tracking, and relationship building
- Exposure to affiliate program strategy and performance measurement
- A professional portfolio with real-world outreach examples and creator engagement projects
- Insight into how a premium direct-to-consumer brand grows its presence in the digital marketplace
WHAT YOU'LL DO (Educational Objectives)
- Research and compile a list of ~100 potential influencer partners per week, organized by audience tier and brand fit
- Draft compelling outreach messages and refine pitch templates under guided mentorship
- Log outreach and responses in a shared CRM/Google Sheets tracker for team review
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies, results, and opportunities
- Learn how to assess creator opportunities and understand campaign performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program (U.S.-based)
- Internship must be approved for academic credit by your institution
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Interest in women's fashion, social media, and influencer marketing
- Comfortable working independently with ongoing guidance
- 15-20 hours per week availability
