Sr. Dispatcher

About the position Responsibilities • Lead and manage drivers across your assigned region—hiring, mentoring, and making key performance decisions. • Leverage tech, TMS systems, and strategic thinking to optimize shipments, consolidate routes, and reduce costs. • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and communicate deliveries—on time, every time. • Troubleshoot issues in real-time (traffic, weather, breakdowns) and implement smart, swift solutions. • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and create reports that inform and improve operations. • Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and safety regulation compliance every mile of the way.
