III. Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to partner with our growing HVAC contracting team. This part-time role is perfect for an individual who thrives on connecting with potential clients and scheduling valuable appointments. You will be instrumental in helping us expand our customer base and drive new business opportunities.
IV. Responsibilities
-Call List Generation: Research and generate targeted call lists of potential clients (residential and commercial).
-Outbound Calling: Perform high-volume outbound calls (50-100 calls per day) to prospects from generated lists.
-Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and successfully set appointments for our sales team.
-Pitch Development: Deliver a compelling and concise pitch to articulate the value of our HVAC services.
-Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
V. Qualifications
-Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
-Phone Etiquette: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone demeanor.
-Self-Sufficiency: Must have your own reliable phone number or dialer program to perform calls. (At this time, company is not providing a phone line or dialer.)
-Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed daily call and appointment setting targets.
-Communication Tools: Comfortable and proficient using team communication and project management tools such as Google Chat/Spaces, Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.
-Independent Worker: Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
VI. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)
-Google Workspace Proficiency: Familiarity and proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
-HubSpot Experience: Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software.
VII. Compensation & Hours
-Pay Rate: $10 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
-Hours: Approximately 5-15 hours per week, with flexible daily scheduling.
