Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly and Installation (Senior or Lead Level) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring Manufacturing Engineers to support production in Everett Washington. Successful candidates will have the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with both the engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior and Lead Level Manufacturing Engineers Primary Responsibilities: Leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, innovative producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies. Conceptualizes and oversees the implementation of the program architecture for build. Consults upper management on long-range planning. Develops manufacturing plans or concepts for high level program requirements. Conducts producibility and variation analyses at the program Large Scale Systems Integration (LSSI) level. Resolves complex technical problems. Organizes technical aspects of proposal development. Develops and authors new engineering principles, theories and advanced technologies. Develops advanced design solutions. Conducts research resulting in new product or business opportunities. Consults on lean principles and technologies for enterprisewide initiatives. Documents and communicates producibility best practices. Identifies training needs. Establishes procedures, standards, protocols and reporting requirements. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 5 or more years of experience working in an engineering discipline Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 5: 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working in a production environment 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience using AutoCAD and/or CATIA Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Summary pay range for Senior level (Level 4): $117,300 - $158,700 Summary pay range for Lead level (Level 5): $142,800 - $193,200 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
