Live Chat Agent job at The Call Firm, LLC. Avondale Estates, GA. We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and solution-oriented Remote Live Chat Agent to join our customer service team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service via live chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: -Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service through live chat. -Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in real-time. -Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. -Maintain and update customer records and account details in the system. -Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide solutions. -Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and FAQs to ensure high-quality support. -Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. -Meet or exceed established performance goals, such as response time and resolution time. -Help create and improve customer service processes and FAQs.
