Bilingual Office Administrator / Accounting Assistant (Part-Time)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator / Accounting Assistant to support our administrative and payroll functions. This position is part-time and fully remote, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires a strong understanding of financial concepts.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be residents of and currently located in Arizona.
Responsibilities
• General office communication: handling emails, messages, and follow-ups
• Create and send weekly invoices based on timesheets
• Work with ADP payroll system (enter new employees, maintain data, process timesheets)
• Assist with onboarding and basic employee records
• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support as needed
Skills
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum 2 years of office administration and/or HR, accounting experience.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines
• Proficient in email and general office communication
• Based in Phoenix, AZ (remote work only)
• Hospitality background is a plus, but not required
Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Part-time: ~15 hours per week
• Fully remote (no office visits required)
