Administration Assistant
We’re a fast moving company that helps people sell their cars without the usual dealership hassle. We’ve been around for over a decade, but we still operate like a startup: fast, lean, and allergic to corporate red tape. We’re looking for a Remote Admin Assistant who’s dependable, organized, and ready to help us keep things running behind the scenes. This is a fully remote, entry level position. Just show up, stay consistent, and we’ll train you on the rest.

What You’ll Do
• Enter data and update spreadsheets
• Keep digital files and docs organized
• Track simple tasks in our internal systems
• Help with research and follow-ups via email
• Support the ops team with light admin work
What We’re Looking For
• You’re detail-oriented and dependable
• You’re responsive and meet deadlines
• You’re comfortable using a computer and learning new tools
• You ask questions when you’re stuck but can also work independently
• No prior experience needed—we’ll train you
Nice To Have (But Not Required)
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• Familiarity with task tools like Trello or Notion
• A good sense of humor and a no-drama attitude
