POSITION AVAILABLE Manager; Agency Relations - East The Manager; Agency Relations is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential agencies and understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that align with the company's goals. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop Agency Relationships: Identify, appoint, and cultivate strong partnerships with independent insurance agencies and brokers across target states in the Southeast. Market Penetration: Develop and execute regional business development strategies to grow thecompanys footprint in undeserved or high-opportunity markets. Sales Execution: Drive production of new business by promoting our value proposition, underwritingappetite, and service advantages to agency partners. Training & Support: Provide education and product training to agency staff to strengthen understanding of our workers compensation products, claims process, and risk control services. Manage Agency Performance: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related tothe Agency book. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, claims, audit, finance and supporting departments to ensure seamless delivery of service and solutions. Travel: Frequent travel (50-70%) throughout within your region to meet with agencies, and attend industry events. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Mastersdegree is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven trackrecord of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Ability to work independently and as partof a team.
