Java J2EE Developer with WebLogic Portal (W2 Only - No Corp to Corp) - Flex Employee Services - Pittsburgh, PA - work from home job Company: Flex Employee Services Job description: Job Title: Java Application Developer Location: 3 days/week onsite in either Pittsburgh PA (Operations team) OR Lake Mary, FL (non-Operations site). W2 only, no ICs and 3rd parties) Duration: 3 to 6 months Contract to Hire Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. Includes hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations. Job Description • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required • 4 to 7 years of experience in software development required with WebLogic Portal and Java/J2EE technologies • Experienced in 3-tier, n-tier, cloud computing, microservices architectures and SOA. • 3+ years of Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js • 3+ years of relevant experience with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, GraphQL, and Swagger • Develop and build microservices leveraging AWS Cloud Services • Must have hands on experience in writing RESTful webservices using Spring/JAXRS. • Experience developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipeline • Experience supporting and/or implementing complex integration projects • Must have Spring Portlet development experience • Must have good working knowledge of Html, Ajax, jQuery, Java Script. • Must have experience implementing top-notch user interfaces using JavaScript and the Angular framework. • Must have experience with Oracle RDBMS.
