Patient Advocate, Data Entry I
Description:
• Part of Customer Success team; integral to company success; every client interaction matters.
• Responsible for timely and accurate data entry and management of patient orders.
• Significant contributor to high-throughput workflow and CLIA lab.
• Translate critical healthcare information and test orders from test request forms into database accurately and timely.
• Review received orders for required elements and effectively communicate missing elements.
• Ensure a high level of quality throughput.
• Complies with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations.
• Physical requirements: sedentary work, lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally; stationary positioning, moving, communicating, observing.
Requirements:
• Data entry experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented.
• Quick learner.
• Problem solving and research abilities.
• High level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to changing policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Windows and Internet Browsers.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of medical setting experience.
• Preference given to higher net typing speed applicants.
• Complies with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations.
