Responsibilities: • Gather and organize hiring needs based on business and workforce planning. • Track and expand recruitment channels while optimizing the hiring process. • Develop and execute talent search strategies, screening and evaluating candidate suitability. • Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up on recruitment results and process feedback. • Collect talent market insights, including competitor talent information and targeted talent sourcing. Requirements: • Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred. • Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months, with a preference for 6 months or more. • English proficiency for work; overseas recruitment experience preferred.
