Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Claims Processing: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.
- Follow-up and Investigation: Proactively follow up on missing information to facilitate the claims processing, and conduct research as needed to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Invoice Review and Verification: Carefully review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analytics: Compile and generate reports from our systems, providing valuable insights and claims information to support our team's decision-making processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to our claims coordination team, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and performing other tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, preferably in customer service, data entry, or claims processing.
