Full Time Virtual Admin & Call Center Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Intake & Administrative Support Specialist. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, gather and distribute lead information to agents, track leads in the CRM, and provide essential administrative support.
Job Description: Must have 2–3 years of call center experience, be fluent in English, computer savvy, and have a working system with Zoom and Grasshopper. Must be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (US Business Time). Salary increases based on performance.Work from home full-time supporting agents with calls, CRM updates, and admin tasks — growth and performance-based pay!
