Role Overview and Responsibilities

As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands. Your daily functions may include rotation through the ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport. Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • English proficiency, with other languages being an asset
  • Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, division, and multiplying
  • Computer literacy and ability to use various software applications
  • Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and pick up items, with occasional lifting up to 70lbs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick and rational decisions
  • Bilingual speakers are highly desired

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
