Key Responsibilities
- Answering high volumes of customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Tracking packages and resolving shipping issues
- Processing credit applications, product returns, and other customer requests
- Assisting customers with warehouse errors and shipping issues
- Processing credit card and ACH payments, as well as sending invoices and statements
- Managing credits and resolving customer complaints
- Performing other departmental tasks as assigned to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
- A friendly and enthusiastic personality that shines through in every customer interaction
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- The capacity to be a self-starter and work independently in a remote environment
- Digital savviness and access to high-speed internet, as well as a dedicated and quiet workstation
- Previous experience in customer service and light accounting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working remotely full-time
