Key Responsibilities

  • Answering high volumes of customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracking packages and resolving shipping issues
  • Processing credit applications, product returns, and other customer requests
  • Assisting customers with warehouse errors and shipping issues
  • Processing credit card and ACH payments, as well as sending invoices and statements
  • Managing credits and resolving customer complaints
  • Performing other departmental tasks as assigned to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A friendly and enthusiastic personality that shines through in every customer interaction
