**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism.
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and effective manner.
* Promoting interest in client products and services through personalized support and guidance.
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times.
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer support.
**Qualifications**
