About the Role

As a Content and Client Experience expert at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a pivotal new tool for clients and sales staff to enhance the sales experience. You'll work closely with our Deals and Channel Methodology and Projects associations to create revenue and programs that fuel our continuous improvement of products and services. Your expertise will help us transform the way we create new sales enablement experiences for staff at blithequark affiliates globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to enhance the client experience and drive sales growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, development, operations, and experience design to ensure seamless execution
• Map out the client journey and work with program leaders to identify goals and objectives
• Orchestrate content from various sources and develop a style guide to maintain consistency
• Foster a library of all association content and monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure the best possible product
• Develop innovative solutions with IT and Product Management teams to enhance the sales experience and drive business growth

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, preferably in a geo-profoundly liked environment
• Deep understanding of blithequark product features, benefits, and applications
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate basic metric client experience data into effective content strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to achieve sales growth
• Familiarity with content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Director
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential
