What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
- Handle inbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries, and authorizing sales
 - Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information
 - Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
 - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
 - Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
 
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

 - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
 - Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, proficiently type while talking, and be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Outlook
 - 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
 - Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet
 - Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
 
Our Way of Working
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll have the flexibility to work from home full-time. However, you must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD, and be willing to meet in person occasionally for training and other business purposes. We'll provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job.
What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
 - 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
 - Must live within 2 1/2 hours of the Rapid City, SD location
 - Confidence using a computer
 - Be 18-years-old or older
 - Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
