Principal Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including:

  • Responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
  • Processing product orders and providing prompt resolution to customer requests using multiple systems, screens, and websites
  • Assisting customers, sales representatives, and management with order-related inquiries or issues
  • Analyzing and processing customer requests for return authorizations and credits
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure accurate billings and shipments
  • Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

  • Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week between 7:00 am - 6:30 pm CST
  • Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Have reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
