A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark
As a Customer Care Specialist II, your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts. You'll provide critical service and product information to ensure customer satisfaction, process orders, and enter data into our order entry system. Additionally, you'll track customer packages and perform other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts
- Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process orders and enter data into our order entry system
- Track customer packages

What You Bring to the Table
To excel as a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency
- Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance
- Ability to work a set schedule (scheduled start, stop, breaks, and lunches), including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs; flexibility required during peak times
- A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
- Ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership
- Wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router with Ethernet Port – Thin client must connect directly (No Satellite Internet or Wi-Fi)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
