As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our clients to deliver world-class support and sales experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound customer service, technical support, and sales calls, emails, and chats with a high degree of professionalism * Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed * Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailoring support and sales strategies to meet their goals * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions * Participating in virtual training sessions to develop and refine your skills and knowledge * Committing to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to create your own schedule **Essential Qualifications** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need: * To be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S.A. citizen or Legal Resident * A clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions * A computer and cable or DSL Internet connection * The ability to invest $12.95 for a background check (which will be reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client) * The cost of client training (also reimbursed after 90 days) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales * Proficiency in multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong active listening and empathy skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our Customer Service Representatives grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
