As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a vital role in the production and distribution of our iconic brands, including Classic Lay's, Cheetos, and Doritos. Work Schedule and Environment

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you can expect to work a varied schedule, including:

  • 4-5 days per week
  • 25 hours per week average, with part-time positions flexible and averaging between 20 and 25 hours per week
  • Our facility operates 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a traditional schedule and must be adaptable to changing production needs

Our warehouse environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency. You can expect to be on your feet for 90% - 95% of your shift, working in a loud environment with limited temperature control. However, we prioritize your comfort and well-being, providing a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Material Handler, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and unloading pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
  • Collecting empty pallet boards and carrying them to storage
  • Picking appropriate cases according to order using required technology
  • Safely operating a forklift after training and certification
  • Loading trailers via carts or stacking cases on the floor of a truck trailer
  • Receiving and distributing product and assisting in weekly product inventory
  • General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks, such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash
  • Lifting objects weighing between 15 pounds and 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
  • Be able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Be able to stand and walk for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Be willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
  • Be willing to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Training and Development
