Key Responsibilities and Duties

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and projects, including but not limited to:

  • Wearing different hats and adapting to various client needs and projects.
  • Running biweekly reports and collaborating with the bookkeeper to gather necessary reports.
  • Managing the inbox, responding to emails, and ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Updating LinkedIn and Trip Advisor profiles with guidance from the client, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Making phone calls to reconcile with insurance companies and other external parties as needed.
  • Managing various projects in Notion, ensuring organization and timely completion of tasks.
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Repurposing content into engaging reels, videos, and other formats to enhance client visibility and engagement.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and analyzing what top restaurants and similar businesses are doing in the digital space.
  • Planning and coordinating content around holidays and events to maximize client reach and impact.
  • Coordinating with local nonprofits and other organizations as required by the client.
  • Meeting deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of all tasks and projects.
  • Keeping a pulse on editorial trends, news, and relevant topics, and informing the client about significant articles or discussions.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and performing various administrative tasks as needed.

You will be working with a variety of platforms and tools, including Notion, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Paychecks, Canva, Slack, GSuite, Wine Platforms, LinkedIn, and Trip Advisor. Your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies will be essential in this role.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
