We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, taking the time to understand their unique needs and preferences
  • Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, consistently meeting the highest standards of customer service
  • Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where applicable
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, continually striving for excellence and improvement in all aspects of your work
  • Portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting the values and mission of blithequark in all interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our customer service function

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) is an asset
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and organizing your work to meet deadlines and achieve results
