Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and Route Calls: Take messages, transfer calls, and manage incoming inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage mail and packages, maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Reception Area Management: Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, assisting with inquiries and addressing needs.
- Additional Duties: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a receptionist, customer service, or similar administrative role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
