As a remote call center specialist, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by interacting with customers, resolving their queries, and providing timely solutions to their concerns. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving service or billing complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. * Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. * Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. * Process orders, quote, and help team members work their overflow. * Run reports in SAP and work collaboratively with the team. * Assist with debits, credits, and tracking shipments. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED preferred. * 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required. * Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365. * Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Microsoft Excel experience. * S/4 Hana experience. **Skills and Competencies:** * Verbal and written communication skills. * Attention to detail and customer service skills. * Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team. * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
