As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
- Upselling if required.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure your success in this remote role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:- Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, no packet loss, and ping under 50ms.
- ISP Requirements: Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
- Proof of Internet Speed Required: We'll need to verify your internet speed to ensure it meets our requirements.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: You'll need a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions and interruptions.
