Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our client's account team, you will serve as the day-to-day point of contact, driving campaigns and projects from conception to launch, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding results and return on investment. Your expertise as a digital marketing consultant will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will:
- Oversee client campaigns and projects from start to finish, driving results and return on investment, and acting as a digital marketing consultant for our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest inbound marketing developments, making informed recommendations to team members and clients.
- Manage and evaluate client campaigns on an ongoing basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize sales, marketing, and retention strategies and programs for clients, aligning with their unique goals and objectives.
- Meet with clients to review performance, discuss plans, make recommendations, and collaborate with our internal team to bring these plans to life.
- Work closely with our digital marketing specialists to execute inbound marketing solutions that align with a client's marketing objectives.
- Manage and review work completed by our digital marketing team members and content writers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to client goals.
- Monitor monthly and ongoing budgets for clients, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Review client reports produced by the team, discussing results with clients monthly and providing actionable insights for future growth.
- Contribute to critical internal business initiatives and projects, from optimizing processes to researching and testing new strategies.
- Actively engage and participate in weekly team meetings and other team activities, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 2-5 years of professional account management experience, handling multiple clients, and marketing agency experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in search marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and social media or content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to self-regulate and manage time effectively.
- Ability to follow proven processes, think critically and creatively, and achieve client goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and balance multiple project timelines.
- Willingness to learn, be open to new experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
