Description:
Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers in the US.
Conduct analysis and research on travel options.
Arrange and book domestic and international travel.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
Use positive service techniques and act on customer requests.
Collaborate within the team to coach and mentor others.
Requirements:
Passion for excellence in client service.
Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus).
1+ years corporate travel experience.
Excellent professional communication.
Attention to detail.
Act with integrity regarding personal traveler information.
Quick resolution of customer issues.
