Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop leads and establish new client relationships - Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients - Assist clients with claims processes and policy modifications - Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities Requirements - Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales - Proficiency in other languages is a plus (multilingual) - Strong negotiation skills - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Insurance sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • English (Preferred) License/Certification: • Insurance Producer License (Required) • Life Insurance License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Brooklyn, NY 11223 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Brooklyn, NY 11223: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Apply Job!
