Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist

About the position Responsibilities • Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers • Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods • Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Requirements • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field • Clear, active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMHC, Psyd, or Ph.D) in the state of practice Nice-to-haves • 2+ years of professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families • Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EMRs) • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Incentive and recognition programs • Equity stock purchase • 401k contribution Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
