ServiceNow Virtual Agent & Now Assist AI Workshop

I’m building a presentation for a workshop focused on ServiceNow’s new Virtual Agent and Now Assist AI features. I need someone familiar with ServiceNow (especially Virtual Agent, GenAI, and LLM capabilities) to help me structure the deck, refine messaging, and guide what should be said on each slide. This is less about flashy design and more about understanding the content and helping communicate it clearly.
